Day 8: Nanchang: Hubs birthday and Tam turns 9 months!

We think we wore the poor kid out.  She went down for a nap yesterday at 3 p.m. and did not wake up until after 11 p.m.  As a result she was up and ready to go at 4:30 this morning.  We figured she'd be napping when it was time to head out with Evelyn and decided to let her get better rest in the hotel room.  Evelyn was fine with planning to go out later.  Tam did fall asleep at about 9 a.m. but did not stay asleep long.  She seemed a bit out of sorts and was having some GI issues but finally got a good nap in at 11:30 a.m.  She falls asleep so easily.  She was just propped against some pillows on the bed and out she went.  She seemed a little congested too and we are feeling discombobulated ourselves, so we just decided to have a down day and hang around the hotel.

We got some extra play time in with Tam and we took a short walk around the hotel and found some frogs in the fountain.

It is hubs birthday and Tam turns 9 months today and we got birthday cake, compliments of the hotel! 

Evelyn also made a call to the local KFC for hubs special birthday dinner.  They deliver!  Funny, back home, he'd probably want Chinese food for his birthday :)
